Q:How do you guarantee the stability of the quality?
A: We understand the importance of consistency quality of products.
Here are some aspects:
1.For cupstock base paper, 90% bowls we only use Sun Paper material. (Top 1 cupstock supplier in China)
We will check the production time, certificates, and package if it is complete when Sun Paper comes.
2.Round check on the production line every 1 to 1.5 hours by manuel. Picking up some pieces of bowls for appearance check, mainly sealing part and rolling edge and bottom.
3.Quality testing of penetration by coffee and cooking oil. One time every 2-3 hours.
4.After sale service, we will do replacement for the damage products.
